In 1994, Twillie did the lead vocals in the song, "Circle of Life," which later received an Oscar nomination. Twillie has also provided vocal talents on soundtracks for The Power of One, Rain Man, Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Cobra the first two soundtracks were composed by Lion King composer, Hans Zimmer. Mister, Patti LaBelle, Pink Floyd, and Michael Bolton. It’s energy can be felt within the music, the lyrics and of course, the voices. The song itself is a stunning piece with a glorious sweeping chorus. As the first few notes are sung in unison, it’s overwhelmingly beautiful.

Professionally, Twillie has worked with many of the biggest names in entertainment, including Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Al Jarreau, George Benson, Anita Baker, Neil Sedaka, Mr. Singing The Circle of Life from Disney’s The Lion King this a capella group took the stage with a mighty sound. She later attended courses at Chapman College, where she received the Sholund scholarship for her abilities as a pianist and vocalist.
